• Facial Data: To provide our core analysis service, we collect and process images of your face (front/side profiles) that you upload or capture via the camera.

We collect anonymous data on how you interact with the app (e.g., screens visited, features used) to improve performance and user experience.

What Face Data We Collect

• Photographs: Front-facing and side-profile facial photographs that you capture or upload.
• Analysis Results: Scores and assessments derived from AI analysis of your facial features (e.g., symmetry, skin quality, facial structure).
• Generated Images: AI-enhanced versions of your photos created through our "Look a 10" feature.

How We Use Face Data

• Facial Analysis: To generate aesthetic scores and personalized improvement recommendations.
• Image Enhancement: To create AI-generated enhanced versions of your photos.
• Progress Tracking: To allow you to compare results over time in your scan history.
• Personalized Advice: To provide tailored recommendations through our AI chat feature.

What We Do NOT Use Face Data For

• Facial recognition or identity verification
• Surveillance or tracking
• Selling to third parties for advertising
• Training AI models without explicit consent

To provide our facial analysis and image enhancement features, we use third-party AI services:

Google Gemini AI

• Provider: Google Cloud (Gemini AI models)
• Data Sent: Your facial photographs are sent to Google's AI service for analysis and image generation.
• Processing: Images are processed ephemerally—Google does not retain your photos after processing is complete.
• Protection: All data transmission is encrypted and subject to Google Cloud's enterprise privacy and security standards.

Before using any AI features, you will be asked to provide explicit consent acknowledging this data sharing.

We use your data strictly to:

• Provide the Service: Processing your photos to generate AI-based aesthetic analysis and improvement plans.
• User History: Storing your results so you can track your progress over time (e.g., in the "History" tab).
• Account Management: Managing your subscription and preferences.
• Personalized Chat: Providing context-aware advice through our AI advisor based on your profile and scan history.

Face Data Retention

• Uploaded Photos: Your photos are only permanently stored if you choose to save your scan results. Saved photos enable progress tracking and history viewing, and are retained until you delete your account.
• Scan Results: Stored with your account until you delete them or delete your account.
• AI-Generated Images: "Look a 10" enhanced images are generated on-demand and not permanently stored on our servers.
• Third-Party Processing: When your photos are sent to Google Gemini for AI analysis, they are processed ephemerally—Google does not retain your photos after the processing request completes.

Account Data Retention

Your account data and scan history are retained until you request deletion through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, all associated data including stored photos is permanently removed from our servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights directly within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
