By accessing or using Potential-AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.

Potential-AI is an AI-powered application designed to analyze facial features and provide aesthetic feedback, "looksmaxxing" advice, and personalized improvement plans. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to process user-uploaded images and generate reports.

Disclaimer: The Service is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not a medical tool and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. The advice provided is algorithmic and subjective.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by your local laws).

We use Clerk for authentication management. By creating an account, you also agree to comply with Clerk's acceptable use policies where applicable.

Potential-AI offers "Monthly" and "Yearly" subscription plans that unlock advanced features such as:

• Unlimited scans
• Detailed facial analysis
• Personalized improvement plans
• Progress tracking

Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You agree to their respective terms and conditions regarding billing, renewals, and cancellations.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's App Store settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of others without their explicit consent.
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All content, design, and technology within Potential-AI (excluding user-uploaded content) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your photos, but you grant us a license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Potential-AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, distinctive, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
